If I scroll through my Instagram feed right now, I can spot a "lazy Realtor" post from a mile away. You know the ones. It’s a generic stock photo of keys in a door with the caption: "Looking to buy or sell? Call me!" Or worse, it’s a blurry screenshot of a Zillow graph that nobody can read, or a holiday graphic that looks like it was made in Microsoft Paint in 1998.
